Our Story

We at Walletsnbags believe in honest work and strive to create the best of designs. We believe in the simplicity and elegance of natural materials like leather and canvas although we do tinker with artificial materials.Our forte is developing high quality products at reasonable pricing.

The hard work of my mother Sakina started in 1990 by the way of sourcing a few pieces of handbags from artisans in Mumbai and selling to friends and family. It was her true spirit of hard work that in spite of managing household and severe arthritis she formed a network of artisans for us to get our goods manufactured. In 1995 we got our first big break in the form of an export order and we officially started operations. With dedication we built our network of raw material suppliers and artisans to expand our business .We developed clients from varied sectors and forayed into several product lines such as leather wallets, belts, musical instrument cases, sports accessories, industrial instrument cases, etc.

In 2003 our company suffered several setbacks in terms of big losses due to defaults by export clients and we had to rebuild our business and thus began our foray into ecommerce. But the biggest setback was the demise of my mother after battling with severe arthritis for several years

We began with Baazee.com in 2003 and till now have added almost all channels of online marketplaces to our repertoire. From getting goods Job worked to starting our own factory, to manufacturing our packaging in house, we have seen it all. What started as a business at home by loans from family has now evolved into a workplace of 1800 sq ft in an Industrial estate.

 As we relaunch our website in 2020 I hereby take opportunity to thank all our early clients(mostly friends and family) ,current corporate clients ,  our business associates and suppliers  , our in house artisans and outsource job workers  and  our Staff (those helping us today  and those who have helped us earlier).

Products we manufacture  :-  Mens wallets,ladies wallets,ladies handbags,waist belts,key chains,cardholder,travel bags,office bags, haversacks,CD case,laptop bags,desk accessories, gift sets ,face masks, etc .

We also manufacture Die cut cartons in Duplex board , Kraft and Mirror Board .
